Work on the core dispatch systems that match riders and drivers in real time across hundreds of cities. High throughput, low latency, global scale.

• Design and build distributed backend services in Go
• Optimize systems for latency and reliability
• Participate in on-call rotation for owned services

• 4+ years building backend services
• Strong Go or similar systems language
• Experience with microservices and Kubernetes
