Job Description
Intuit is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team (remote-friendly). You will work with a talented, fast-moving team to build products used at scale. This is a high-impact role where you'll own meaningful problems end to end and collaborate across engineering, product and design. Our stack and focus areas include Account Mgmt, Onboarding, Retention, CRM. We value ownership, curiosity and a bias for action.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor peers and contribute to a strong team culture.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
- Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code.
- Design, build and ship features end to end with a focus on quality.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
